What is the Ball Park Guesstimate?
The most common questions that we are asked are "Do we do that?" and "What does it cost?"
Those are good questions and the immediate requirement is help you qualify your level of interest in the topic of Kitchen Refacing. We have developed some rules of thumb that will be helpful. Of course, your exact combination of requirements will cause them to vary!
The first step is to determine your "unit count."
A "UNIT" is defined as a door or drawer or false front or top of pantry/oven unit or valence or end panel of cabinet that shows, with large ends or pantry doors counting as 2 units.
For the typical kitchen the "Major League Guesstimate" is $275 to $350 per unit based on your choice of options.
If you would like to narrow that simple guesstimate down to an "In the Ball Park Estimate," a little homework will go a long way. Just use the following worksheet to calculate a Ball Park Estimate for your specific kitchen.
In the end, if you want to proceed we would perform an exact measurement of each door, drawer, etc and calculate an exact price.
If these Kitchen Refacing pricing levels are too much for you, be sure to see our section on "Options to Refacing" elsewhere in this section of the website. They are particularly relevant if you can invest some "sweat equity".

We offer nine price levels based on selections that you make. There are also several options for each level. That is why we suggest that you visit our showroom to see all of your options first-hand and narrow the field down before trying to get too close to a final price.
Before we get to that point, we can provide you with an even closer estimate based on helpful information you can provide such as approximate measurements and photos of each wall of the kitchen. If you bring that information in when you visit our showroom and if you can make the choices among your options at that time, we can give you a price that will be extremely close to the final price.
The final price is based on our exact, on-site measurements and consultation with you, after determination of all your choices and special requirements.
