Since most all of our Furniture Repair and Furniture Restoration solutions begin with an examination of your wood furniture, we encourage all of our clients to begin an inquiry by sending a detailed e-mail explaining the issue or problem and to include several Digital Pictures.

We want to see Photos of your Furniture Repair or Furniture Refinishing needs! When taking photos for your e-mail inquiry, here are a few Quick and Easy Guideline:

  1. Take photos from various angles.
  2. Take a close-up photo of any repair areas.
  3. Take an overall photo of the whole item, so that we can see what we're working with.

Notes:
Some digital cameras capture images at very large file sizes (at 10 or 15 megabytes or more). Sometimes, these large files are "refused" by the e-mail server. So, if you have trouble sending your images as attachments to your email, you may have to first reduce their size, compress, or Zip the files. Some e-mail programs do this automatically, but not all.

We do our best to respond to emails as quickly as possible but be aware that it may take one or two days before you receive a response to your inquiry. IF you don't hear from us, please follow up with a phone call or send a second inquiry.
